We do not accept returns or exchanges of our products.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send you a new item free of charge as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds for any reason. In the rare case that we are unable to replace your defective or damaged item, we will give you store credit.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any shipping delays or errors caused by the carrier. Please make sure you provide us with a correct and secure delivery address when you place your order.
